The Ritz-Carlton Residences

FBU worked closely with our friends at De-Yan on this high-polish site for luxury residences in downtown Manhattan's NoMad neighbourhood. The site was created to showcase the 16 luxurious penthouse residences and the impressive in-building amenities and nearby attractions.

This was a relatively quick project; only a handful of pages, but a lot of attention to detail. The site was built using our usual "headless" stack for the era: contentful, react, gatsbyjs with CI/CD.

The site has some interesting features that were both fun and challenging to implement; an interactive panoramic view, video backgrounds, layered image carousels in each section, interactive floorplans, and an interactive nearby attractions map.

The site helped support the successful sale of all 16 penthouse residences.
